Cotton fiber

Cotton fiber has high strength, good air permeability, good heat resistance, soft and comfortable hand feeling. But it poor on wrinkle resistance and breaking. Compared with polyester fiber dyeing process, cotton fiber is easier to fade color.

Polyester fiber

Polyester fiber has advantages of high strength, high elasticity, good in shape retention and heat resistance. It has become the most widely used and largest consumption fiber. However, when polyester fiber encounter fire, it will burn, melt and drip on the skin to cause secondary harm, so it seldom uses in high-temperature and high-heat work areas’ workwear fabric.

Herringbone

Herringbone is made up of two twill weaves in opposite directions, weaving style just look like fish bones. This weaving fabric has stronger strength, but sue to the complicated weaving style, so grey fabric lead time is slower.

Waterproof

Waterproof refers to that water can’t penetrate through the fabric back side in specific pressure. Generally, it will coat PU or PVC coating on the chemical fabric backside to make the waterproof function. Some fabric will laminate Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrance to make it waterproof. This function usually won’t invalid by washing and long-term use.
